Welcome to the Art Centre!
The Agnes Etherington Art Centre is Canada's premier university art gallery. Its collection is remarkable for its breadth and quality, and some 15 exhibitions of historical and contemporary art are presented annually. With its historic Etherington House, eight galleries, and Gallery Shop, the Art Centre is a focus for the cultural life of Queen's University and the city of Kingston.

News Extended hours start October 12, 2006
The Art Centre will be open until 9:00 pm on Thursdays, starting 12 October. Aboveground parking on campus is free after 5:00 pm, and we offer free admission on Thursdays. Watch our Programs & Events for programming details.
News Our historic House is getting a facelift!
Thanks to a generous gift from the Richardson Foundation, we will soon begin important work restoring our historic Etherington House. During this period we will be open as normal. A refreshed House will be ready in time for the launch of our 50th anniversary year in January 2007.
